excellent access to beaches and parks for weekend exploration

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the quick walk to the beach which is less than 20 minutes away, and the nearby local parks where I could unwind and enjoy the views. the vibrant shops and restaurants a few steps away made my exploration of Santa Ponsa feel effortless and exciting.

Not perfect, but worth it

We enjoyed a spacious apartment with breathtaking views, and the cleaning staff was attentive and kind. Supermarkets and restaurants were just a short walk away, adding convenience to our stay.

It was disappointing to find the food pricing at the pool bar high compared to quality, which detracted from our experience. we faced some difficulties with the slow service at peak times.

the room was quite cozy, I guess, but the bed linen was not changed during my 4-night stay, disgusting! also, I had to endure a moldy shower. I expected a complimentary gift for this inconvenience, but apparently that wasn’t in their service manual, just utterly preposterous. I almost thought I'd give a good review, but just couldn’t.

The hotel is clean and offers a great experience for families. We enjoyed the two pool areas, especially the one designated for kids. There's a convenient walk to both rocky and sandy beaches. Several shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful and accommodating during our stay.

Perfect family getaway at the pools

Loved the vibrant atmosphere around the pools! The staff went above and beyond with children’s entertainment, making our stay feel extra special. Waking up to the cheerful laughter was a delight!

It was frustrating that the food at the pool bar was quite pricey, and we often had to scramble for available umbrellas as they were few, especially during peak sun times.

The apartment was dusty, yet my kids enjoyed the pool facilities.

Spacious one-bedroom apartment with a large balcony. Pools were clean, but sunbed availability was limited. Tennis courts offered great fun for kids. Check-in had a delay, but overall staff were friendly. Pricing at pool bar seemed high for quality.

Spotlessly clean pools and friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. kids loved the entertaining activities like water polo. location was peaceful, yet just a short walk to the bustling area.

Everything was as perfect as can be.

The pool area was vibrant, complemented by a fantastic children's park that kept my kids entertained throughout our stay. The spacious apartment provided the perfect retreat after a day of activities, and we particularly enjoyed delicious sourdough bread at breakfast. service at the pool bar was occasionally slow, and finding available sun loungers during peak hours was a challenge. while the food was decent, some menu items felt a bit overpriced, which slightly detracted from our experience.

i recently celebrated my anniversary in santa ponsa and this hotel exceeded my expectations. the kids loved the fun pool activities and i appreciated the helpful staff who made our stay memorable. we enjoyed our spacious studio with a large balcony that was perfect for evening relaxation.

not enough clean towels provided.

Housekeeping left a lot to be desired, as bins weren't emptied, and extra towels had to be requested multiple times. The indoor bar area remained closed during the stay, leaving families reliant on the limited poolside snack bar, where service could take almost an hour. with pools limited to 10am to 5pm, it’s quite restrictive for kids who might need naps in the afternoon.
